I'm so sorry about this, there must be an issue with the orders dropped off on the 6th or December, as this is the 4th order I have had saying it is yet to be received. . I will lodge an enquiry with Australia post. In the meantime now that I know it hasn't been received I will remake another for you and send it express post.

I ordered on the 8th of Nov -I messaged the company early December - no reply - it wasn’t picked up until 18th Dec - now my Christmas ornament which was a gift in honour of our late fur baby wont arrive until after Christmas... Now I’ve been asked to review and still haven’t received my items…

Your order was posted on the 6th of December, you should of received an email with your tracking number. We don't archive our orders until they are out for delivery. If you still haven't received it you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia post, now that we are aware that you still haven't received your item we will also lodge one from our end.

I will try and remake another and get it sent to you ASAP via express postage
